Pyrmont Cellars currently only offers wines for sale through our internet site. Pop into our store to discover a world of other amazing drinks!

Refund and exchange policy

We are confident you will love the wines we sell. If for any reason you believe the wine is faulty, please let us know asap.

You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where good are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do.

Unfortunately we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, sorry!

Warranty period applicable

Goods may be refunded, exchanged or credited up to 28 days after sale, to the extent that they have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do.

Delivery timeframes

We understand that you want your wines as quick as possible. 

We try to get most orders shipped within a couple of days maximum, however if we have to order in specialist wines then this may take up to 7 days to get the order out to you. 

Return timeframes

All returns must be made within 28 days of purchase, or delivery if this is a later date.

Stipulate postage if extra or inclusive of price

Shipping is free for all orders over $150 or all orders of 6 or more bottles (can be a mixed 6). Below that, a delivery fee may apply. You will be notified if this is the case.

What name will appear on my card / bank statement?

'Pyrmont Cellars' is the trading name of 'Peerless Cellars Pty Ltd'. Accordingly you will see the Peerless name on your card or bank statement against the amount paid.

All prices shown are quoted in AUD, and all prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Privacy Statement

Pyrmont Cellars takes your privacy and data security extremely seriously. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and privacy.

This Policy applies only to our site, and not to any sites to which we show links. These sites will have their own privacy policies which should be read when using their sites.

Our Privacy Policy is in line with the government's Privacy Guidelines and Spam Act.

There are no links on this website that are deemed to be undesirable.

What personal information do we collect?

During the course of business we will ask for your name, address, contact number, gender, and email address. We will also ask if you have any special requirements in relation to the delivery of the goods.

Card and payment security

All customer card details are kept confidential.

Pyrmont Cellars does not collect or store any credit card information electronically. All electronic transactions are handled through PCI compliant third party sites, with industry leading levels of security.

All transactions are encrypted with minimum 128-bit SSL security.

How do we use the information we collect?

The information requested will be used to enable us to provide the goods requested, or to respond to your enquiry. We may also use your data to personalise your experience and interaction with Pyrmont Cellars or to manage and enhance services to you.

We may contact you to obtain further information or to discuss a particular service or enquiry in relation to the course of our, current, future or past business with you.

We may disclose your personal information (excluding payment and card details, of course) to suppliers / couriers in the course of doing business. 

We will never sell your data or pass it to unrelated third parties.

We may contact you for future marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.
